But how many others in your state enjoy the same luxury? Fullstack Academy analyzed recently published Census data to report which cities and states have the most (and fewest) remote workers in 2025.
Highlights:
- On average, remote workers make $27,000 more yearly than non-remote workers ($82,000 vs $55,000).
- Web developers, writers and authors, and travel agents are the occupations with the most WFH employees.
- Women are more likely than men to work from home.
