Gigi C Reimagines Functional Bikinis
At just 18 years old, Gigi Caruso has set the standard as being the youngest designer to show in Miami Swim Week history (she’ll be showing at the highly-anticipated PARAISO Fashion Fair on Saturday, July 14th).
Gigi’s pieces represent the concept of functional meets chic. Coming off a successful pop-up at The Grove, the company has worked with models including Anna Herrin, Scarlett Leithold, and Kyra Santoro to help show the line’s range to both sporty and fashionable prospective customers.
The LA-based direct-to-consumer brand offers a range of chic separates and one-pieces that showcase the brand’s signature aesthetic – clean lines, architectural shapes, and crisp, laser-cut details. A bold palette of solid black, white, red, and blue draws focus to the sleek silhouettes and intricate details, including hand-braided accents, inverted pleats, and wrap-around silhouettes.
