Recipe 1: Stubb’s Grilled BBQ Turkey Burgers
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 tablespoons Stubb’s® Sweet Honey & Spice Bar-B-Q Sauce, divided
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices tomato
PREPARATION:
- Mix ground turkey, 2 tablespoons of the Bar-B-Q Sauce and salt in a large bowl. Shape into 4 patties.
- Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal
temperature of 165°F), basting with the remaining 2 tablespoons Bar-B-Q Sauce during the last 1
minute of cooking. - Top each burger with cheese and cook until melted. Serve burgers on buns topped with lettuce and tomato.
Makes 4 servings.
Recipe 2: Stubb’s Honey BBQ Wings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pounds chicken wing pieces
- 1⁄2 cup Stubb’s® Sweet Honey & Spice Bar-B-Q Sauce, divided
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
PREPARATION:
- Toss wings with 1/4 cup of the Bar-B-Q Sauce in a large bowl or large resealable plastic bag.
- Grill wings over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently to
prevent burning. - Mix the remaining 1/4 cup Bar-B-Q Sauce, melted butter and crushed red pepper in another large
bowl. - Add cooked wings; toss to coat well. Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
Recipe 3: Stubb’s BBQ Glazed Brussel Sprouts
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 23 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup Stubb’s® Sweet Honey & Spice Bar-B-Q Sauce
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss Brussels sprouts with oil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Spread
onto a foil-lined or parchment paper-lined large shallow baking pan. - Roast 20 minutes or until browned and tender, stirring halfway through cooking. Remove from the
oven. - Toss roasted Brussels sprouts with the Bar-B-Q Sauce in the same medium bowl. Spread back onto the lined baking pan.
- Roast 2 to 3 minutes longer or until glazed.
