CYN Reveals Film Noir-Inspired Video For “Believer”

CYN returns with the gritty, film noir-esque video for her single, “Believer.”

Directed by Kenny Laubbacher and shot in Los Angeles in the grainy, imperfect style of a home video camera, CYN can be seen galivanting across the city at dusk.

Hailed as a “sensual and shadowy shiver for the dance floor” by Billboard, “Believer” is the latest in a string of singles from the rising artist, who recently completed a tour with Katy Perry in Mexico and supporting dates with Sigrid in North America. CYN has also been making her U.S. summer festival debut on June 7, when she performed at the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, in Manchester, TN.

Earlier this spring, CYN released the official video for her latest single, “Alright.” Described as a “dark, dance-floor ready track” and an “ode to self-acceptance” by i-D Magazine, the video also prompted V Magazine to note CYN is “on the road to pop stardom.”
