    It City Entertainment Announces Formal Casting of Marquis Brown in I Do?: When Swiping Right Goes Wrong, A Comedy Improv Musical

    Nashville singer, songwriter, producer, and actor Marquis Brown has been cast in the lead role of Kiko Bernstein in I Do?: When Swiping Right Goes Wrong.

    There will be a workshop available to the public for the first time for three shows on July 14, 21, and 28th at Third Coast Comedy Club. Tickets are available now.

    Brown, also known as Gold Frame, produces pop, soul, gospel, r&b, and other genres of music.

    The interactive show was recently attended by music, film, and production companies from Los Angeles, New York City, Miami, and Nashville at a privately-held sold-out showcase on May 25th and 26th at the legendary EXIT/IN.

    Ohio native Marquis Brown recently relocated to Nashville in pursuit of finding his success! Marquis is a phenomenal piano-playing producer & songwriter. He has worked with a host of artists in various genres, including Gary LeVox of Rascal Flatts and ElectraQueens. His previous theatrical ventures include leading roles in Hairspray, Footloose, and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Marquis has also music-directed several musicals including Little Shop of Horrors, Shrek, Beauty and the Beast, and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Marquis looks forward to exploring all that this opportunity has to offer in his next chapter of life!

    I DO? is the latest comedy-musical making a splash in the live entertainment scene. Written and directed by It City Entertainment’s Keith Hayman and supported by It City Entertainment’s Brian Williams and Scott Welch of Scott Welch Management Inc, the provocative, no-holds-barred stage show provides an intimate look at a young couple’s relationship troubles and the famed relationship guru that coaches them through their differences. The premiere cast stars Julia Lauren Bullock as Sunday Funday, Marquis Brown as Kiko Bernstein, and Tim Buppert as Dr. Barry Rabinowitz.
