Out Now Skeamer Featuring Ard Adz: Pride

London rap veterans Skeamer and Ard Adz keep it 100 in their latest street heater, “Pride.”

South London’s hailing veteran Skeamer has unleashed the visuals to his brand new street heater named, “Pride,” alongside fellow reputable emcee Ard Adz.

Renowned for his London grit, hard-hitting flows, and thought-provoking bars, the South London native has gifted supporters with exactly that in this wheel-up worthy joint. Accommodating an eerie yet spacious production courtesy of Maniac (AJ Tracey, Chip, Headie One), Skeamer opens “Pride” with a slew of introspective bars with his laid-back demeanor as he reflects on his journey up until now, “I never knew real until I saw death / I never knew hate until I saw feds / My daughter took her first steps and in that same year my brudda took his last breath”, he spits. Swiftly accompanied with a conversational hook between the pair, Ard Adz delivers a potent verse that follows in style.

Doubled up with a set of visuals courtesy of Clord Visuals and Pacman TV, we follow both Skeamer and Ard Adz around a hue-lit setting alongside their friends. Exchanging bars through various slick camera shots and effects, the attention isn’t taken away from their powerful pen game. With more music on the way, both emcee’s use “Pride” to demonstrate not only their refined bars and all-around artistry, but their longevity too.

Growing up in Clapham Junction in South London, Skeamer began putting pen to paper in 2008 but never took the decision to take his music seriously until 2016. From freestyling for fun alongside his friends to swiftly gaining a reputable name in British music; Skeamer has formed a lane in real rap, making music for the streets! Enriched with pain and thought-provoking bars, he pushes the go-to commercial lane aside and stays true to his roots.

Rounding off an already impressive year with regular support from tastemakers at Apple Music, KISS FM, BBC 1Xtra, Trench, Ministry of Sound, GRM Daily, Noctis Magazine, and more, not to mention accumulating over 1 million views on YouTube, ‘Pride’ is set to feature on his forthcoming album that is dropping in December – the rap veteran is back!
