As the summer heat cranks up, coffee fans still crave their caffeine fix, leading them to the refreshing allure of chilled coffee drinks.

Coffeeness analyzed Google search data in English and local languages to uncover the most popular iced coffee drinks around the world. 

Here’s what they discovered:

• Frappe emerges as a widely popular choice across different continents, with 35 countries naming it as their most preferred iced coffee drink.
• The majority of English-speaking countries seem to have a preference for more flavored iced coffee options, such as the iced vanilla latte. The drink is very popular in 14 countries across the globe, including the U.S., Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the U.K. 
• Frappuccino is sweeter than a frappe and packs more calories, however, the 12 countries around the globe don’t seem to mind the more indulgent side of life. The iconic drink is loved in Belgium, Chile, Egypt, Jamaica, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco and Trinidad and Tobago.
• Cold brew is the preferred coffee drink in countries like Brazil, the Czech Republic, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Poland, Norway and Singapore. Surprisingly, this coffee beverage is also popular in Turkey, outdoing the famous Turkish coffee on its home ground.
• Some countries have a preference for unique or regional variations, such as eiskaffee in Austria, mazagran in France and Portugal, Spanish latte in Malaysia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, and iced latte in Thailand.
