    Honey, thought in medieval times to sweeten the marriage when mixed into a drink, continues to be cherished for its potential health benefits. One interesting belief is that honey makes you last longer in bed, attributed to its natural energy-boosting properties. Despite its appealing qualities, it’s important to remember that honey is still quite high in sugar, so it should be used sparingly to maintain a balanced diet.
