Lois Rae’s Single: SWIM Ft. Tike Is Out Now

Lois Rae teams up with Tike on the refreshing new track “SWIM.”

Lois Rae has been making waves within the music scene, her unique blend of 90s R&B, contemporary production, immaculate vocals, and a secret love for classical music, all come together to create her one-of-a-kind style. In an industry where it’s difficult to stay afloat, Lois Rae manages to “SWIM” above the rest with her latest offering.

Continuing her successful synergy with world-renowned producer Manon Dave, who’s worked with the likes of and Che Lingo, Lois, and East London rapper Tike deliver this summer-ready hit. “SWIM” is layered with dreamy synths and bouncy percussions that are topped off with some sensual-sounding brass instruments. The underlying message of the track is about rising above bad energy and making the best out of every situation you may encounter; Lois gives us insight into this with lyrics like “Floating over all of this negativity and I just wanna know when we can enjoy life and live it carefree.”

After the release of her last single “Mind,” the momentum surrounding Lois has been phenomenal. Her futuristic flair and alternative style have helped her garner the attention from major platforms such as Missguided, Babezine, The Manc, and Notion, who have commended her “polished soundscapes” and “unmistakable sound.” Lois’s previous singles have become a favorite on countless radio stations, receiving support from BBC 1Xtra, Kiss FM, BBC Asian Network, and BBC Introducing, who have also cited her as one of the “Best of 2021” as well being “Big in 2022.”

The featuring rapper Tike is also set to have an eventful 2022, having recently secured a deal with Rudimental’s publishing company Major Toms. He has just released his debut single “Be The One” with  Rudimental, Morgan and Digga D. Tike spent 2021 building up by lending his songwriting skills for other artists, he has already worked on tracks with Aitch, RV, Rudimental and Morgan.

As Lois and Tike are both set for an astronomical rise this year, the release of “SWIM” is just the start of the takeover they have planned!
