DallasK and Nicky Romero Premiere New Video: Sometimes

Following the single’s release earlier this spring, DallasK reveals the video for “Sometimes,” his collaboration with Dutch superstar Nicky Romero and LA-based vocalist XYLØ, which recently made its premiere on Billboard Dance.
Directed by Nic Stanich, the video brings to life the effusive song’s bittersweet lyrics about the dilemma of being with someone new while still thinking about your ex. A reflection of the current social media craze, the former couple reminisce while scrolling through each other’s posts as they recall their most memorable times shared together.
“When I wrote this song, I focused on the lingering thoughts left over from a past relationship. And in the video, I wanted to capture exactly that. Those remaining memories drive the feelings that haven’t found a home yet in either your past or present,” says DallasK.
Upon its release, the song was added to 34 New Music Friday playlists and several Spotify playlists including New Dance Beats, Hot Beats and New Dance Revolution. Nicky adds, “I couldn’t be happier with the early success of this record. We all got together a few weeks back in Vegas to celebrate and watched the final cuts of the video. I’m excited for the rest of the world to see it now.”
