Table Mountain Inn: The Boutique Southwestern Hotel In Golden, CO Announces New Chef With On-Site Restaurant Now Open For Dine-In And Takeout
The charming Southwestern boutique hotel, Table Mountain Inn, and on-property restaurant, Table Mountain Grill & Cantina, re-opened to welcome guests on June 1st, 2020.
During the temporary closure of the hotel and restaurant due to COVID-19, both businesses made updates and renovations to ensure the safety and comfort of guests who overnight or dine at the property.
When guests visit Table Mountain Inn, they’ll be transported to a Southwestern haven that feels like a home away from home. The newly remodeled lobby has been designed to create a cozy community space where guests can soak up the hotel’s unique ambiance. In order to create more space for guests to relax and enjoy Table Mountain Inn’s lobby and main entrance space, five new 2- or 4-person seating areas, each with a unique southwestern aesthetic, have been added, which allow guests to mingle by the fireplace or enjoy cocktails with friends in a private nook in the main lobby.
Additionally, a new live edge community table has been added, perfect for use as a quiet workspace or to enjoy coffee or breakfast in the mornings.
Since re-opening in early June, Table Mountain Inn has observed the need for the folks to partake in socially responsible fun and also to get outside and enjoy nature, whether that be to challenge oneself with an outdoor activity or to enjoy a romantic getaway in a beautiful setting. Encouraging the exploration of the beautiful outdoors, guests have the opportunity to catch their own fish during a guided fishing trip. Colorado Fishing Package

Table Mountain Grill & Cantina
Table Mountain Grill & Cantina re-opened on June 1st, 2020 to offer dine-in service while continuing contactless pick-up service and delivery through the DoorDash delivery app. While the restaurant was closed, a complete kitchen renovation was being completed behind-the-scenes. The extensive kitchen remodel inspires New Executive Chef Michael Erickson and his culinary team every day to offer the best guest experience innovative and high-quality dishes in a streamlined space.
With a focus on using fresh and local ingredients when available, the dishes found at Table Mountain Grill & Cantina are vibrant and flavorful. Whether guests are looking to dine-in or order takeout, they can expect to find the perfect dish for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and happy hour.
Breakfast is made into a decadent affair the delicious Huevos Rancheros with Crispy Blue Corn Tortillas, Refried Beans, and Local Chorizo or the Chicken and Biscuits with our Santa Fe Style Hot Chicken and our House Made Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuits, all Smothered in our famous Pork Green Chili. The lunch and dinner menu offers the Rocky Mountain Rainbow Trout, a beautiful summer dish that draws inspiration from a simple corn dish found in the markets of Mexico. Using Olathe Sweet Corn for the Esquite, the Corn Meal dusting on the Trout is paired with a Smoky and Sweet Bacon and Grilled Asparagus to create an authentic Southwestern dish.
Although Golden is located in a land-locked state, the chefs at Table Mountain Grill & Cantina are dedicated to finding the highest quality products, including seafood. For example, the Rock Shrimp Ceviche features a high-quality shrimp with the texture and taste of lobster. The Pacifico Mussels (i.e. the perfect dish to enjoy with an ice-cold beer on the patio) are cooked in a glorious amount of Pacifico beer with Chorizo and Fingerling Potatoes and topped with Cilantro and Lime Oil.
