Born in Bogota, Colombia, Paul first migrated to the United States with his family during his youth. After seasoning his career in the media realm for 10 years, Paul decided to make the leap into the fashion space, a passion he always kindled.

Once diving head first into the industry, Paul further refined his entrepreneur, content creator, and fashion consultant skills with the menswear and lifestyle space. Now, he is helping men across the globe revamp their appearances.

How did you find yourself pursuing men’s fashion as a career? Has fashion always been your career plan?

I found myself pursuing men’s fashion as a career because I decided to go for one of my passions and take the risk. I worked in the media space for more than 10 years but decided it was time for me to take a chance and pursue what I loved.

How much has your style changed since you started in fashion?

It has definitely changed and evolved. I was always known for my sense of style by my friends and family but I have learned a lot more and have taken my style game up a few notches.

How do you separate fashion and style?

Fashion is a way of dressing that is prominent and valued socially because of its innovativeness, novelty, and cultural relevance. Style is the distinctive way of dressing that leverages the wearer’s personal style, all while exuding self-confidence and still being generally appealing to others.

How do you translate trends to your audience?

I tend to mix trends with my own style, I do it in a subtle manner, which works for most people!

What advice do you have for someone who wants to push the restart button and make over their look?

Experiment and find out what works for you. It is important to keep in mind, your body frame so you can look and feel good, also tailoring your clothes is very key!

What elements separate your work from other style gurus?

To be honest with you, I do not compare myself to other menswear content creators, I try to implement my own style while also learning at all times.

What is your favorite outfit that you have curated so far?

Wow, tough question! I have curated many outfits that have inspired people, all those outfits are my kids LOL, so it is hard to just go with one.

Do you have any tips or tricks for achieving an aesthetically excellent Instagram page? Any social media tips?

Be yourself and do not pay attention to the numbers, just create and improve your craft as time goes by.

What’s something people would be surprised to learn about you?

I collect many things. Action figures, Movies, Memorabilia (This is the first time I mention it, so you just got an exclusive LOL)

What’s your best advice for people looking to get into fashion?

Make the decision to go for it. Do not be afraid to take a chance on you!

What inspires me the most is my family.

What is your favorite fashion-related motto, quote, or words to live by?

I have a few quotes to live by “Fashion is the armor to survive the reality of everyday life”. “Style is something each of us already has, all we need to do is find it.” and probably my favorite one, “Everything happens for a reason”.
