Best Remote Tech Jobs In 2023

This year, a Stanford economist studied 1,600 Trip.com employees to compare the productivity of remote tech workers against their in-office counterparts.

They found that coders who worked remotely wrote 8% more lines of code than those required to work in the office. In the same study, the employees allowed to work remotely had a 35% lower quit rate.

These findings are reinforced by the recent events at Twitter, as Elon Musk had to soften his stance on remote work to retain talent (at least, the talent that hadn’t already quit).
