    At a staggering $150,000 a night, the Lover’s Deep Luxury Submarine Hotel in St Lucia is the most expensive hotel in the world. The 5-star accommodation is beneath the waves where you will be staying in a submarine which includes a private captain, chef, butler, and spectacular underwater views. The Lover’s Deep Submarine is fully equipped with everything you need to warrant luxury, from helicopter transfers, beach landings, and champagne-soaked breakfasts.

    The Royal Penthouse – Hotel President Wilson

    The Royal Penthouse Suite in Switzerland is located on the entire top floor of the Hotel President Wilson. The penthouse has a panoramic terrace with breathtaking views over Lake Geneva and charges $123,420 a night. Classed as the largest penthouse in Europe at 18,083 square feet, the pad attracts numerous celebrities and heads of state. The penthouse includes 12 luxury bedrooms, a marble bathroom, and a jacuzzi facing the lake. If that isn’t enough there is also a wraparound terrace, private gym, chef, and chauffeur available to you at all times.

    Coming in at third place at $116,118 per night is The Mark Penthouse suite which is located on the top two floors of The Mark Hotel in New York City. The luxury suite includes 5 bedrooms, 4 fireplaces, 6 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms, 2 wet bars, and a 26-foot ceiling living room. The suite offers a 250-square-meter terrace with panoramic views of Central Park.

    Empathy Suite – The Palms

    The Empathy Suite was the result of a full redesign by Damian Hurst and is located in the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas at a whopping $100,000 per night. The suite encloses two king bedrooms, massage tables, a private pool and terrace, and two-story floor-to-ceiling windows. Not to mention a cantilevered jacuzzi that overlooks the Las Vegas strip for picturesque views from any angle.

    The Hilltop Villa

    Rounding off the top 5 is The Hilltop Villa located on Laucala Island, Fiji which costs $78,845 per night. This tropical estate is owned by Austrian billionaire Dietrich Mateschitz, who is the co-founder of Red Bull energy drinks. The villa surrounds extensive panoramic views of the island which is made up of 25 pristine rooms, each one with its own individual private pool and stone bathtub. Each guest will receive special services like a private cook, a chauffeur, and a nanny.
